HR
MANAGER (Plant)
Responsibilities:
This position reports
to the Group Human Resources Manager and is responsible for managing a HR team
in providing full spectrum of HR services to the local manufacturing plants.
You will be involved in regional recruitment and be required to develop and
implement HR process improvement programs & drive OD/HR
initiatives/projects.
Requirements:
·
Min
Degree in Human Resource Management with regional exposure from a MNC / public
listed manufacturing Company.
·
Preferably
with Compensation and Benefits experience to supervise the C & B areas,
especially in the benchmark against industry market data.
·
Min
5 years HR generalist experience.
·
Possess
leadership, project management skills & team player qualities.
·
You
must have proven ability to work in a fast pace environment and handle all
level of staff including the top management.
