Compensation & Benefits Manager

 

Responsibilities:

§                   Support the development and implementation of Total Reward Strategy for the organization

§                   Research and analyze salary and benefits movements, economic trends and Company’s business

§                   Review, recommend changes and develop Com & Ben programs to achieve external competitiveness for employees

§                   Oversee payroll administration including taxes, processes and policies as well as developing HR policies.

§                   Involves working very closely HR generalists, line managers in Asia Pacific region to support the regional groups

§                   Other ad hoc HR projects and Com & Ben related functions.

 

 

Requirements:

§                   Minimum Bachelor Degree with at least 4 years of relevant regional Com & Ben experience

§                   Experience in handling expatriates’ Com & Ben including taxes

§                   Knowledgeable of Com & Ben trends in other Asian countries.

§                   An eye for detail, excellent communication, and influencing, quantitative and analytical skills are pre requisites

§                   Team player with high initiative and resourcefulness
