ASSISTANT
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
This
position reports to the Group Human Resource Manager. You will champion various
training related initiatives, such as the People Developer Standards, including
the formulation & implementation of the Total Company Training Plan. As the
centre of expertise in learning and development, you will take the lead in
regional training related projects including development & implementation
of training policies and processes. You will also be involved in some stand-up
trainings including orientation/induction program for new hires.
You will be
responsible for the implementation & management of the on-line Learning and
Development Management System and to adopt proper training records up-keeping
towards ensuring all the training standards for ISO are met. In addition, you
will support Business Units in their learning needs and customise & design
programs to meet with the business goals & objectives.
Requirements:
· Min Degree with at least 3 years of relevant Human Resource Development
experience.
· Proven track record in developing and implementing Total Training Plan and
preferably with experience in implementation of the People Developer Standards.
· You are expected to be resourceful & dynamic with excellent
interpersonal & communication skills to deal with all level of staff in a
manufacturing environment.

You should also be
independent as well as a good team player.
