Manager, Technology Development

Job description:

· Manage technology development projects and propose new initiatives to enhance and improve business practices and efficiencies

· Conduct research and promotion of technology adoption for the tourism industry

· Work with government agencies, industry partners and SMEs in sourcing for project possibilities and developing projects that leverage domain-specific technology adoption programs

Person Qualities:

· A degree in IT/ Telecommunication, Business or Travel/Tourism from a recognized university

· At least 3 years of experience in IT/ Telecommunication, technology development and their applications in the travel/ tourism industry, lifestyle and service sectors

· Proactive and focused self-starter with a positive attitude and boundaryless in mindset and approach

· An effective team player who can also work independently

· Effective project management, facilitation, presentation and communication skills
