Manager, Land Resource

Job description:

· Facilitate strategic business units in land-related matters for strategic projects

· Provide development advice, carrying out planning studies and evaluating land use proposals

· Facilitate negotiations with relevant government agencies on land-related issues for strategic tourism projects, land sourcing, land valuation and land procurement including putting up formal submission to the Planning Authority

· Develop new ideas, optimizing and integrating land use, transportation planning and environmental improvements

Person Qualities:

· A good Honours degree in Planning, Geography, Real Estate or other relevant discipline

· At least 3 years of relevant working experience

· Excellent analytical, writing, presentation and communication skills

· Able to work independently
