Assistant Director, Hospitality Business

 

 

Job description:

 

·       Lead a team responsible for facilitating new investments into the hospitality sector

·       Product and services renewal and upgrading

·       Develop short to mid-term planning initiatives to meet industry's future needs

·       Review/introduce relevant policies and regulations for a more pro-enterprise hospitality business environment

·       Manage performance and capability development of the team and be responsible for overall motivation and performance of all team members to achieve departmental goals.

 

Person Qualities:

 

·       Degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience in a managerial role.

·       Experience in hotel/property development

·       Strategic thinker and an achievement-oriented individual

·       Possess strong business development, marketing, project management and communication skills

·       Business Chinese advantageous
