Review/introduce relevant policies and regulations for a

Manage performance and capability development of the team
and be responsible for overall motivation and performance of all team members
to achieve departmental goals.

Qualities:
·
Degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience in a
managerial role.
·
Experience in hotel/property development
·
Strategic thinker and an achievement-oriented individual
·
Possess strong business development, marketing, project
management and communication skills
·
Business Chinese advantageous
