Accountant

Responsibilities:

· Prepares, consolidates and provides analysis of financial and management reports

· Prepares GST returns

· Assists in the activities of general accounting functions

· Assists in monthly accounts closure

· Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or its equivalent, with minimum 3 years relevant experience (preferably from banking, brokerage firms or financial institutions)

· Possesses in-depth knowledge of accounting policies and procedures

· Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written

· Possesses a good tolerance for stress in a fast-paced environment

· Strong ability to implement new system

· A self-starter who is motivated and has the ability to think outside the box

· Experience in financial services sector is preferred

· Proficiency in Oracle and PC applications such as MS Excel, MS Access.
