Manager, Incentive Management

 

Job description:

 

·       Formulate, develop and manage an incentive framework, system, process and schemes to support the long-term vision and strategies

·       Responsible for the management of specific schemes

·       Conduct environmental scan of industry needs

 

 

Person Qualities:

 

·       Possess a degree from a recognised university

·       At least 3 years of relevant work experience

·       Possess good and effective interpersonal, communication (both written and spoken) and project management skills

·       Knowledge of project financing, government incentive grants and tax schemes will be advantageous
